Climbing Partner Wanted... From Innsbruck to Arco... I'm from Australia...
Hi - firstly I can't really speak any German (but I'm a fast learner)... so I hope you can read and speak some English :)!
My name is Jayd Blunden and I am traveling in the Innsbruck/Dolomite area for the next month looking for climbing partners for multi pitch trad routes. I realise the season is almost done, but there is still some climbing in the Cortina area that should be climbable this week.
The forecast is good and the south facing routes that aren’t too high should be dry.
About Me:
I’m 38, male, have a car, have a trad rack, 70m rope and draws etc to go climbing. I also have ice axe and crampons if needed for any north aspect descents. I’ve been climbing since 2005 and have done some lower level mountaineering, a large amount of sport and trad climbing and a season of waterfall ice in Canada. I pride myself on being a safe climbing partner and I am looking for the same in a climbing partner. I’m comfortable leading Dolomites trad around grade V, and sport up to around 6a/6a+ depending on how I’m feeling!
I’ve got a good sense of humour, I am easy to get along with and love being in the mountains!
If you’ve got some time this week while the weather is good (Tuesday to Friday) then send me a message with some of your details and we’ll see what we can arrange!
I am happy to climb anywhere from Innsbruck to Arco. Trad climbing is my preference but with winter approaching I am just happy to climb.
If you're interested please send me a message!
Cheers!
